OBR. Years ago, the USSSA used to reference their rule book as "Official Baseball Rules as Published by 'The Sporting News'" with a small supplemental rule book with safety and courtesy runner modifications and rules for younger players. Its just been within the last few years that USSSA has published a complete rule book, but it is still based upon OBR with the same modifications.
