Sideline Interference

Ok guys... I have a question. This has really got me stumped.

In the 1st quarter, the head coach of team A accidentally makes contact with the HL as he is making his way down the sideline. At the time of this contact, the head coach was in the restricted area. Later on, in the 3rd quarter, an assistant coach is in the restricted area while the ball is live and he gets flagged for this.. but there was no contact.

Now, my question is pretty simple. The 1st incident we know is a personal foul, sideline interference. Thats gonna be 15 yards. However, does the 1st part serve as their warning? And then the 2nd one gets a 5 yard penalty? Or does the 2nd one simply get a warning? Do the 2 scenarios even connect? I'm just wondering if the first one (with contact) starts the chain that we all know,, warning---5 yard sideline interference---15 yard UC..
