Are we talking blocked shots or block/charge situations?
Blocked shots:
80/20 is a good point of reference.
Some ppl say 80% ball & 20% body is a play on.
Did the defender get body 1st then the ball or vice-versa?
Its definately a play to have a patient whistle on!
