I would say that this would warrant a technical foul. Hard to call it flagrant without seeing it, but this is pushing the limit of what I consider unacceptable, abusive contact, which is part of the definition of a flagrant foul.
As for what you should do, you have to let the officials handle it, or risk dealing with consequences of your own.
