I see NBA players say "That's BS" all the time. That's not usually enough to get a technical.
Also, I think there's a huge difference in what a 16 y/o HS player is allowed to say to an official versus what a professional basketball player is allowed to say. It's apples to oranges.

Maybe that shouldn't be allowed. I would prefer that poor behavior be penalized at all levels.
