There is another case when play resumes in a different location than expected.

If people among substitutes, coaches or team followers of both teams are ejected because of leaving the team bench area during a fight (Art. 39) and play must be resumed with a throw-in for the team in possession before the fight (it's the case when all penalties cancel off), the throw in shall be at the center line.
