#10 on the FIBA exam

I've looked and looked and looked at this question. I don't see how the answer could be what it is.

Q:
Team B has possession of the ball in the restricted area under Team A’s basket when B5 and A5 begin to fight with each other. The officials eject both players and resume play with a Team B throw-in from behind the end line nearest to the ball’s location when the whistle sounded. Is this correct?

A: No.
Reason it's incorrect is listed as Article 35:2 about Double Fouls...which says:

35.2 Penalty
A personal foul shall be charged against each offender. No free throws shall be awarded and the game shall be resumed as follows:
If at approximately the same time as the double foul
• A valid field goal, or a last or only free throw is scored, the ball shall be awarded to the non-scoring team for a throw-in at any place at the endline.
• A team had control of the ball or was entitled to the ball, the ball shall be
awarded to this team for a throw-in at the place nearest to the infraction.
• Neither team had control of the ball nor was entitled to the ball, a jump ball
situation occurs.

Since a double foul was called while Team B had possession, shouldn't it be Team B's ball nearest the place of POI??? Please...someone explain this to me.
