What do you all think?

I can tell you that if you had done this with me, we would have a long (and pointed) talk at halftime or after the game. Young officials (especially) need to learn to call their own area. If you are watching out of your primary, who is watching in your primary? I am a big boy and I can handle what is going on in my area. I expect my partner to do the same. If something happens and it isn't called, the responsible official will have to answer for it. Too often, the official who "reaches" is wrong. They don't usually get a good look at the play because they are reaching to get it. Trust your partner!
