Amazing what can happen in kids baseball games. My son is playing in tournament and with bases loaded BR walks. R3 misses home and alert F2 notices, asks for ball and then tags R3 returning from dugout area to touch home.

Don't think i've seen that play ever happen in a game I was umpiring, but anything can happen in small ball.

And PU got it all right. Same game had interference from R2 with batted ball, and also had interference with BR on play at the plate.

Umpire did get it right since two were out BR is out and not runner.

I think that's why so many of us have said, if you want to learn how to umpire, call the kids, anything can happen and makes you stay in the rule book.
