Just wanted to post a thank you to all that are active on this board.
I "lurk" on it much and recognize the love, experience, zeal, mentorship etc. that is going on in here.
After a rough week, game or politics in my organization, it actually makes me feel good to come on here and realize there are still alot of blue "that get it."
