I believe they showed a second fan being escorted out due to making it difficult for game management to toss out the first fan.
And I agree we're blowing that play dead earlier if we're playing under NFHS/NCAA rules. That ball is never inbounded in the first place, but under NBA rules, that's only happening if that's a seriously injured player. From the initial contact and player movement that occurred immediately afterward, it would be hard to say it was a serious injury.
