Our local newspaper, The Oregonian, runs a "humor" column every morning, M-Sat. There's a different theme or topic each day. This morning, the topic was announcements found in church bulletins or posters. Supposedly, they're all true. This one stood out.

"Our youth basketball team is back in action Wednesday at 8 p.m. in the recreation hall. Come out and watch us kill Christ the King."
