For ejections, I have worked hard on using one arm/hand to point at the offender, bring it towards my body where it meets my other hand/arm, give the "T" signal, then point towards the exit with the other hand.
Ex. - Quick point with right at offender, "T" in front of my body, then transition my left arm pointing in the direction of the exit. Make sure you stretch before hand though, you could pull a lat or trap muscle!!
