2nd half, 5:30 mark to 4:30 mark. GREAT little video seminar on block/charge with moving defense. Great PC call with the defender moving, and then great block call also with defender moving, but that last step before contact was toward the dribbler. SOme of the replays on the second play didn't show it clearly, but the angle "between the players" (as they always tell us), you see the defender moving toward the dribbler, just at contact.
Someone should can that one minute and use it in every rules seminar. IMO
