I suggest you are being unduly influenced by Zoochy's reference to High School games which is totally irrelevant.
I stand on my earlier question as to whether NFHS or NCAA rules should be applied to the sitch he mentioned. Correct yet diametrically opposite outcomes are possible and they have nothing to do with the level at which Zoochy works.
