I stand corrected. I am not trying to make a case as to whether it was justified or not.
Hopefully that clears up some of the confusion that I no doubtedly have caused by miscommunicating in my typing I apologize for any confusion, increased blood pressure, foul language, or destroyed computer hardware that my mis communication has caused.
