I believe this to be correct.
An interesting twist that I hadn't thought about and that we probably won't see because of the time it takes to execute. What if after your shift, the SE on the end of the line shifts to the other side of the line? Sounds legal to me as long as everyone comes to rest for 1 second before the snap. Just don't think that most teams would execute well. Mostly theoretical.
