For North Carolina Officials, Or Whoever Can Help
I'm trying to understand the promotion points that North Carolina impliments (Levels 4,3,2,1). I know for post season they do not use anyone below a Level 1 or 2. If I am a Level 1 at the end of the season will that remain for next year and then start over at the end of that year? Can you skip the 2 years of JV if you are a Level 1?
