Here's a funny one from Saturday. Boys JV, home team is constantly pressing. One home defender in particular is really hustling, always seems to be the player that opposes the throw in. Well after about 10 attempts to intercept the throwin pass this energetic player finally succeeds and gets the ball under the visitors basket. He immediately turns and lays the ball up in their basket!
He comes down, turns with a victorious smile looking over at his coach and that's when his coach says, "WRONG BASKET!" A little shoulder bouncing was going on all over the gym.
