Can someone help me. I didn't see this addressed exactly on one of the other threads. If so, I am sorry. the generic question is this:

Syracuse has the ball and the Coach, Boeheim, calls time out. However, when the referee finally recognizes that and blows the whistle, Syracuse has shot and Connecticut has the rebound.

What is the correct call here.
