I had a similar play over the weekend. In my judgment, she controlled the pass with a single dribble, then gathered it before dribbling again. I felt weird making the call simply because it was so far away. I was T in a 2 whislte game, and she was in my area on the far sideline; outside the arc and about 3 or 4 feet above the FT line extended.
It was a reminder to get into the middle of the court as T.
