Walk, jump ball or neither?
Wreck game today...
Shooter goes up for a layup with both hands on the ball. The ball gets touched by a defense, and knocked loose (kinda) and the shooter, on his way back to the floor, catches the ball. I didn't call a walk or jumpball, but the program director, who was an official long time ago and who's wife still officiates, told me he thought that should have been a jump-ball, similar to if a player goes up for a shot and a defense gets his/her hand on the ball and doesn't knock it loose.
Sorry, may not be the best description...
