Fortunately, no. When we called our first time out (first of the game) this particular official told the kids not to bring the water out on the court.

When the opposing team took the next time out and attempted to bring water out, the official told one of their boys that they couldn't do that and if it happened again, he would call a technical foul.

I don't know if NFHS is identical to NCAA, but I believe under NCAA rules, so long as any chairs or water are removed and cleaned up from the court before the second buzzer, it's perfectly legal. Otherwise, the team is subject to a delay of game.

Wow was right. This same official was discussing a scenario with his partner that happened in a different game. Team A commited an intentional foul and Team B was then given an Admin T because the player who was fouled was not listed in the scorebook (oops). He wanted to resume play with the arrow after each team shot their free throws.
