No. A starter or substitute can only re-enter into the spot that they left.

In your scenario, Sub1 is no longer in the game. However, to answer what I think you question reall is, a substitute can be replaced by another substitute. If this is done, now the coach will have a starter and two substitutes tied to the same spot in the batting order.
