You're paying for my training, my expertise, and my experience. It's the same in game two as in game one. It's the same if I have two partners or one.
Full fee for each, please. And fie on those who jump at the chance to give a discount for taking two games. I'm not mailing it in on game two and I don't expect the league or school to consider the second game worth anything but a full fee.

Not here. If I work a JV/V DH I get paid the JV rate plus the V rate. In baseball, a DH pays twice a single game fee. As it should be. If mileage is included, pay it once - I'm only driving once.
