Without being critical, what is the purpose of these edits? Nobody wants to "claim victory"; we just want to know what our potential liability is on the court. And when we talk about the "darkside" on this board, it's usually in a good-natured way; but I don't see any indication of humor in the new posts.
Finally, and again please understand this is an HONEST QUESTION, what did you learn about yourself? Because, honestly, I haven't learned anything in this thread; it's all been very confusing to me. As I said earlier, I have no legal background, so I still have no idea if we've come to any concensus. (I just
