If you had ~ 60 fouls, in a four quarter game of 8 minutes quarters, you would have blown the whistle every 32 seconds
JUST FOR FOULS. Now, if we say there were just 5 violations per quarter, that's 80 stoppages (minus timeouts), with a stoppage every 24 seconds. If there were 10 violations a quarter (pretty likely) it would have been a stoppage every 19 seconds.
What game flow?
