Here's the weird part: V1 is facing H2 with her hands up trying to make it difficult for H2 to recieve the pass from H1, but H2 puts her hands on V1's face! V1 pushes her hands away and the throwin is legally passed in to another player. I saw this same player do this twice during the game. Had I been the reff, I would have told her to knock it off the first time and the next time, I guess I would call a T for unsportsmanship like conduct. Any other ideas? A T seems sort of harsh but what else can you call during a dead ball?
Just because the contact isn't severe, doesn't mean that it isn't illegal or intentional.

The correct call would be a technical foul for intentional contact during a dead ball. Note that by rule unsporting Ts are for non-contact.
