Well, in 2-man it is usually the Trail's call to make, but it's one of those that either can call if we see it.

Finally, for clarification: was this a throw-in pass that A catches, or was the throw-in complete and they now had team control? If it's the former, then it is no longer a violation.

I know about the coach. It was just funny that he thought we shouldn't have called it even though it's a violation simply because "No one ever calls that".
It was not a throw-in, hence the reason I said in the OP that the throw-in was completed.
