Sit: Batter hits ball (could be swing or bunt) and ball rolls/ stops in front of plate or towards 1st base line but still near plate (2' to 3'). Batter & F2 bump each other in making play and running to 1st base. In both cases, ball is close enough that both players make contact doing their required and expected response. |
Pretty sure we've agreed on a no-call unless one of them does something obviously intentional.
