Thanks for the info and tips Bigdave. I will concentrate on applying them.
I have a better understanding of what you mean and understand that to move up or get the best games you have to project a certain image. It is just my idiosyncracy to object to the image aspect when someone may call a great game. IN my small world, I'd leave that aspect out if the ref called a great game.
