1. Most non-varsity quarter lengths are set by the conference. 7 minutes seems to be the standard around my area too.
2. 10 minutes up to 15. For non-varsity, 10 is plenty.
3. For non-varsity contests, overtime is half a regulation quarter. 5-7-3
So, if you are playing 7 minutes, 3:30.
