There are only three
official warnings for delay (NFHS):
1) Crossing the boundary plane on a throw-in
2) Huddling before a free-throw
3) Interfering with the ball after a made basket.
You can, umm, "discuss" with the coach the need to have everyone return to the court, but you can't Warn (note the initial Cap) them.
