Here is the NCAA wording.
4-68-6 It is traveling when a player falls to the playing court while holding the ball without maintaining a pivot foot.
Can anyone provide confirmation or clarification, particularly with regard to NCAA rules?

If the player has a pivot foot and it remains in place, they have not traveled....the other knee touching doesn't matter.
