I have it and it is VERY good. It's video of HS ball and it's narrated. Go through a section of it each month. Also, look for clinics that USA Football puts on. They will show up in their web site. It would be a good thing for your entire crew to attend one not only for the information but a great bonding experience for the crew. I went to one in Green Bay and they had breakout sessions by position. Bill Lemonnier, a Big Ten white hat and Tony Mihalek, an NFL umpire put it on and I learned a lot!
Monthly meetings in the off season is a great idea. Find camps next summer to attend as a crew. There is no substitute for experience and preparation!
