We had this at a Football meeting a couple of years ago and they are doing for a Basketball meeting this year.
There was a panel of 5 Varsity coaches. Each made a small presentation (of their choice, I assume) and then we got to ask them questions and they asked us questions.
I really enjoyed it. It didn't turn into a "US vs. THEM" type of thing like I thought it might. I think it worked out well for all of us.
It made for a really enjoyable and informative meeting.
