SCalScoreKeeper, Felix asked the key question. How does your 5-6-6-3 break down? Is it 5 minutes common, 6 minutes serving team full court, 6 minutes receiving team full court, 3 minutes teams serving at each other???

Actually, the easiest thing to do is put 20 minutes on the clock and run it. Rosters are due at 10 minutes and line-ups are due at 2 minutes. Your R2 can toot the whistle or the timer can sound the horn at 15, 9. 3 and zero, but the clock tells you when rosters and line-ups are due at the table.

Use the KISS principle, it makes life SO much easier.
