Researching the motion offense
I have been doing a lot of research on going to the motion offense and have heard many good things about it. I Coach 7/8th graders @ a small school but am blessed to have 2- 6 footers this year. I is actually pretty decent and solid while the other one is not very coordinated. My question is about using him within this system,would it be possible? How many of you use this system and how many different ways do you use it? Thanks everyone!!
