Coach, I do agree that he shouldn't have said it quite like that, I would say it counts as a varsity game because it was a varsity game. However, I don't think he was pulling any punches towards girls in general, just these particular girls. As officials, when a girls game is ugly it is fugly, I watched one last night, very good officials working it but it is impossible to look sharp in a game like that.
