Looks like he had the first runner touching the plate on the first time by. Real tough to tell if he did or didn't.
You're right, nice timing as well. He watched the whole play and then sold his two calls, and handled F2 after that wonderfully - gotta expect an argument there.
Would have been really crazy if PU had ruled the first runner didn't touch but wasn't tagged. Since the 2nd runner never gained home legally, there could have been a scramble back play after with the first runner.
