True. Of course, it depends on how much one is paid. I was paid by the coach's salary listed in the teacher's bargaining agreement my first year at that school, even though I wasn't a teacher, just a behavior assistant working during the day, and a dorm parent as needed at night. The next year, since I was in a classification similar to the dorm parents, my boss (the dorm director) told the principal I needed to be paid at my hourly rate for supervising an after-school dorm activity. The prinicipal approved it, and boy did my paychecks get fat then because of the overtime.
