Agreed. I had a chance to coach a freshman boys team at a Class A school. I figured for the stipend, I would have made about $6/hr. for the season.

Instead, I'm a 50 YO rookie ref looking forward to CYO, rec, jr. high and possibly some freshman/jv contests.
