And that's fine, so long as you do it consistently. I'd hate to have everyone look at my partner and say, "oh, he's just a rookie," you know?

I don't do it every inning, simply because I'd hate to overwhelm them too quickly with feedback. I'd prefer to pick out a few things for them to work on and talk with them after the game.

Just my style, for better or worse.

I haven't decided if I should call it from the dugout or the outfield. Apparently, both have really great views!
