I guess I can see where he's (dash riprock) coming from...however, it's kind of like getting a speeding ticket, once they're penalized for it (especially early in the game) they're less likely to do it again versus "having a little talk" with F1. Once you call it on him then you can tell him what he maybe doesn't know that he's doing that's illegal. It's a pretty simple..."let the batter get set before you pitch"
