Now for the two new NFHS Rules:
1) A RHP must disegage from the pitching plate to attempt to pick off a runner on third base and a LHP must disegage from the pitching plate to attempt to pick off a runner on first base,  .
2) A batter is always out on an uncaught third strike when there are two outs and first base is occupied because it just like the IFF rule,  .
