I've worked plenty of LL baseball, as well as LL softball. On the small diamond I've never gone inside to call the stolen base at 2B, so I don't know how easy or hard it is. I don't really care either, since I don't plan on trying it. And BU in C with a runner at 1B only? Never heard of it.
I get a LL manual with my rule books every year, but I have not opened it in some time. Perhaps the "official" mechanics have changed.
I also thought D was on the 3B line in a 3-umpire crew. Just never heard of a different name for the position between 2B and 3B.
