I have had scope work for miniscus tears on each knee. May not be as bad ACL. First one was done in October and I was ready by March almost 6 mos before I felt comfortable with pivots. Of course 25 years of Ice hockey officiating and good rehab helped.

Second scope was in April 17th of this year and I am doing 8 to 10 miles on my bike everyday (outside) now. No limp after three weeks. Dr. said running and pivioting would feel more comfortable in a month or so.

It all depends upon the amount of damage to begin with and your physical shape at the time. I was 54 for the first scope and 59 now so judge accordingly.
