1. I'm not a fan of the change.
2. If it's made, I see no reason that it benefits the defense. If the offense wants to shoot free throws, they can.
3. Making them all 2 shot fouls accomplishes the same thing, IMO.
4. I think it's an attemp to fix a non-problem.
