Funny you should ask. I was up in Seattle watching the Mariners, and the Giants F2 was charged with one on a ball that clearly should have been caught. Even if the official scorer was not going to do it I was going to mark it down on my own scorecard.
It's somewhere in OBR 10 (the rule umpires besides me don't care about
).
No wild storms in Seattle over the weekend, just an offense that Mariner fans find, um, prettty offensive.
