I keep seeing talk about if a runner does this or that it's a "B" or if the fielder does whatever it's an "A". To me obstruction/interference is just that with no degrees of action.
So what is everybody talking about? I figured if I waited long enough the subject would come up again but it hasn't.
Also please remember that up until #2 came up I didn't use the terms relaxed and unrelaxed. Us untutored and unwashed slobs just know that sometimes ya gotta tag em and sometimes touching the base will do.
